Aggie Marching Band
Whether entertaining thousands with our pre-game and halftime shows, cheering the USU Football Team onto victory, or uniting the Aggie Blue and Fighting White spirit of the Utah State faithful with the sounds of the "Fight Song" or the world-famous "Scotsman", there is no experience quite like being a part of the Aggie Marching Band!
Comprised of students from every corner of the University, the AMB membership represents the very best of what USU has to offer. The Marching Band is an integral part of the comprehensive USU Band Program and is open to students of all majors and classes from freshman to graduate. We perform at all Aggie home football games, select away games, and post-season bowl games.
As a member of the AMB family, you will have countless opportunities to develop as a musician and a leader. You will form friendships on the first day of Marching Band Camp that will last the rest of your life, and the memories created as we make music together will be second to none.
A stipend is available to all AMB members.
Join us, and let us help you make your USU experience unforgettable. There is a place waiting for you in the…
Meet our 2019 Saxophone Section Leaders
Tyler Curtis & Morgan Moulton
I'm Tyler Curtis, I'm one of the ancient ones, as this will be my fourth year in the Aggie Marching Band and third as section leader. I am a Music Education major with a minor in History, and I am also the one and only Equipement Manager for the USU Bands this year. That means I get to check out uniforms and any instruments you may need
I am a born and raised Idahoan who absolutely loves his potatoes. I've recently semi-educated myself on all things Vine, so quote them with me all you want! The quickest way to describe my personality is Bilbo Baggins plus a Vine-savvy Captain America who can play the saxophone.
Hello there! My name is Morgan Moulton. I'm from West Jordan, Utah, and I graduated from Copper Hills High School (Go Grizzlies!). I'm a junior at USU, pursuing a BA in Music. I am also the Vice President of Special Projects for USU's chapter of Tau Beta Sigma, the national band sorority. So, if you're interested in being part of a super cool group, you should totes do it. (Shameless plug over.)
I'd be happy to engage in any conversation on memes/Vines, musicals, Twitter, the Marvel cinematic universe, your thoughts on retractable awnings, and so much more! I'm so excited to meet all of you and have a really great season! Go Aggies!
